Site Use, Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase. If you create an account or subscribe, you’re responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree not to use the Site unlawfully or disruptively (e.g., scraping, security breaches, IP infringement). The Site may integrate third-party services (hosting, payments, email); their terms and policies apply to their services.

Orders, Pricing, Taxes, Payment & Delivery

Orders are placed via the Site and processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We may refuse/cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors). Prices are shown in the checkout currency and may change without notice; VAT/GST/sales taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout.
Products are delivered electronically (download link and/or email). Links may be time-limited and tied to your order. Please download and back up promptly; we are not obligated to host downloads indefinitely.

Intellectual Property & License to Use

All Site content and Products are owned by Wilson Lim and protected by copyright and related rights. All rights reserved. Unless otherwise stated on a product page, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your own work and outputs.
You may not resell, share, sub-license, redistribute, make available to third parties, claim as your own, or use any Product to create a competing product. For commercial client/team use, contact us for a separate license. Removing copyright notices or watermarks is prohibited.

No-Refund Policy & EU Withdrawal Waiver (Digital Downloads)

Because our Products are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, all sales are final once access is granted. Under EU/FR consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU; Code de la consommation), the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply after you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge losing that right.

Product Requirements, Updates & Availability

Some Products require specific software/versions (e.g., Lightroom). Compatibility notes appear on product pages where relevant. Results vary by source material, software versions, and workflow. We may update or discontinue Products, features, or pricing without prior notice, and while we aim for high uptime, we do not guarantee continuous availability.

Disclaimers, Liability & Indemnity

The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement) and do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product. Nothing limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or Products or your breach of these Terms.

Privacy, Changes, Governing Law & Contact

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (see Site). We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date will change and continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of France, and the courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
